this time round, I thought I'd join in the fun a different way by doing my own #workoutwednesday edition followed by a little grenade treat after ✌
One of my favourite exercises to do after my lifting session is YTWs.
These help to strengthen the rotator cuff, lats and traps that are some of the main muscle groups used in Oly Lifting.
The main focus is to work on contracting the lats when completing each exercise, while the rotator cuff and traps help to stabilise.
I would recommend 3x6 on each exercise using 1-2 kg weights on each side.
