Online Programming


Jess offers a range of programmes for both Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility and Gymnastics skills that are designed to help participants reach their training goals. ​She keeps a holistic approach to coaching, keeping in regular contact with her athletes to allow them to get the most from their training.

Programmes are written in cycle blocks of 4 - 12 weeks.  All training programmes come with video links to a demonstration of each new exercise.
