MOORISH Mint chocolate cakey protein brownies!

Looking for a sweet treat that won't break the calorie bank?
Look no further these 100kcal brownie bars are the perfect sweet snack that will kick your cravings far far away.
These only take 20 minutes to whip up and can be kept in the fridge for up to 10 days.. If they last that long that is :)

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of chocolate mint whey protein (I used Bulk Powders)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp stevia granules
  • 1/4 cup dark cacao powder ( I used Choc Chick cacao powder)
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • dash of salt

Method

  1. Melt the coconut oil and mix together all liquid ingredients.
  2. Add in all in the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Poor into a baking tray or silicon mold with individual bar shapes
  4. Bake on 350 for 15-17 mins.
  5. Serve hot with Ice cream of choice, or keep for later.
