Having been a competitive gymnasts for close to 10 years of my life, handstands have become second nature to me.  Having the ability to just perform a handstand without having to think has taken years of practice.
The idea of being able to pass on this knowledge to others has always interested me. Being a gymnastics coach to both children and adults has allowed me to achieve this in certain ways, however I would like to further increase the reach in which I can share my knowledge.

I have created an E Book that explains the basic principles of a handstand, with exercises and a step by step guide to help you achieve a perfect handstand.
